This is the 2nd time I've used RV PRO. Both times the service has been great. Toma was my tech and I was over joyed with him. Need work done on your RV, look no farther, they are awesome.

We bought our first fifth wheel and had RV Specialists replace the OEM kingpin to make the towing experience a lot better. Rick and his son came to our storage unit for the work. They were punctual, efficient and best of all, they worked safely. I recommend them highly and will be using them again when the need arises.

Horrible experience.

Spoke to woman on the phone, reviewed all repairs that needed to be made to my trailer, and they scheduled a technician to come out the next day. The technicians that came out didn't know that my trailer was fiberglass (though that was clearly in their job notes), didn't have the materials to complete the repairs, seemed short on time, and were very unclear as to what I needed. On top of that, there were randomly placed impudent remarks, like "I can't believe these things have resale value". Rough.

For those looking for alternative options to service your RV, I have had great experience with Shoreline Boat & RV Repair in Pflugerville. Much better customer service and organization.

I was very impressed with RV Specialists. Their customer service is excellent, with prompt follow-up to my calls and questions, as well as a thorough inspection and repair of my camper by Brad. I will be using them again for de-winterizing and learning more about how to use and enjoy my camper!

The RV Specialists team was great to work with. We were prepping for a trip to CO and wanted our wheel bearings repacked before the trip. They found a smashed bearing and grease on the bake pads that surely would have caused major issues and or a crash. They got it fixed up before our deadline and it's towing better. Big thanks to the team for the great service. We feel safe for this 2000 mile trip now.

This company was professional right through the entire process. Toma came out and serviced this old RV and did a tremendous amount of work in only a couple of hours, and gave us great advice along the way. Very pleased.

Rick and his team (Steve and Dustin) are awesome! They worked with my insurance company to fix severely damaged Girard NOVA awnings. They came out for the inspection and worked with Girard directly to get the right parts. They even worked with Newmar on getting the lead rail painted the right color! This was a huge job for 3 guys in 103 degree weather. And when everything was done, they helped me with an intermittent hot water issue! I would use them again in a heartbeat! We may make annual trips to Austin just to have them perform work on our RV! Rick - my wife and I really appreciate your business and work ethic! Thanks again!

RV Specialists has done a wonderful job on my RV. They were very easy to work with, the techs were very knowledgeable, and courteous. These guys were great from beginning to end. They were out in a few days to look at the damage and had a quote within 24 hours. Once in their shop our RV was ready in just a week. Their communications incredible and their work far exceeds any Ive ever encountered. We were extremely happy with them all around. Highly recommended!

We bought a used RV earlier this year and the RV Specialist team has been great, both taking care of known issues and educating me on various systems. We had an issue shortly before a trip and they were able to find a way to squeeze us in to get things taken care of before we left. Exceptional service and expertise.

I used RV Specialists when the refrigerator in my 2021 Airstream Atlas stop getting cold. I was a little apprehensive with the process; upfront service fee then the hourly rate. However, it turned out my fear and anxiety was completely un-justified.

- The day of service, heavy rain was forecasted, so we change the location from my home to the storage facility. No issue what so ever. - Despite never having working on and Airstream Atlas, the technician (Chris), jumped right in and had it working inside of 20 minutes. - When the invoice came in, they charged me a fair price across the board. There is no way I could have had it repaired cheaper at Airstream.

I'm sure not every experience will be as smooth as my own, but, I will most definitely be using RV specialist in the future. I don't think you can beat the convenience and value they offer.

We have used RV Specialist a couple different times now. The entire team is always very professional and responsive, not to mention their flexibility to scheduling. Both times Brad was our repair specialist and did great work, and is willing to take the time to answer questions you may have. They have earned my future business.

Our ac went out that was still under warranty from the manufacturer. We were not going to take it to Crestview from prior interactions with them on an insurance claim. We found out about RV Specialists and they came out right away. Put in claim with the manufacturer. The new ac was sent and installed very quickly. Would recommend them for any work needed. Very professional and quality of work is top notch.

Great customer service from the company and the technician Doug, did a great job of troubleshooting my issue and repairing it in a timely manner. I had cancelled 2 appts. At 2 different dealers for repair, due to it probably not getting done in time in order for me to take our prepaid vacation. We'll worth the call out and the manager/owner Joe worked with my extended wrnty Co.

Very professional and detailed in their explanations. We used our extended warranty for the repair and the whole process was simple and convenient. We will definitely be using RV Specialists again!

I have been extremely pleased with RV Specialists timely communication and service. It saves me so much time to have, on site service . They were very accommodating by doing the repairs on my class B RV, at my place of employment. Will never use them again. $2550.00 for an AC unit which was installed incorrectly. Owner was whiny and condescending when I asked for a refund on the labor.

How ironic. Minutes after posting, the owner called and told me that based on my review he would not refund any of our money. His “side” of the story is ridiculous. We were in OK and the first two nights of the trip we didn’t need the AC. On the third night we turned it on and water poured onto the floor. We used all of our towels and 3 pots to catch the mess. My husband called RVS and they said they’d send a tech the next day afternoon. We had to check out of the casino and headed home south to TX and called that Monday for another tech. When he showed up, he explained the tubes hadn’t been installed and the foil tape was completely wrong. At that time, we were told that I would receive a call regarding a refund. Almost two weeks have passed and I finally speak with the owner, Matt. For someone in customer service, he’s lacking. His people are great but he’s not. In addition, our service/labor was $700 and I asked for $500. He wouldn’t budge above $300. Now we have nothing but that’s okay, his attitude saved me a lot of money and hopefully, potential customers the headache of working with him in the future.

I am very pleased with the services provided me by RV Specialist! Between Chad in the office , answering all my questions without hesitation and patiently, to Toma installing my new tankless water heater in my 2012 Montana High Country, I received most excellent professional customer service, care and support! They worked with my insurance company on as much as possible and then gave me very fair pricing on the rest that wasn’t covered! They are definitely my go to guys in the future! Thanks Y’all! Lost track how many times RV Specialists have fixed me up. They work seamlessly with insurance. They use quality OEM parts. Their Techs have taught me many tricks allowing me to do simple repairs on my own.

I had a number of items to take care of on my 5th wheel trailer. Scheduled an appointment and the trailer was ready later that day. Very fair $$ and honest and trustworthy.

We had a factory install issue that didn't fail until after the warranty was over. It involved some welding and reinstall of parts that had come apart to fix. They took care of everything for much less than I thought they would, and my RV is now safe to use, better than when it was new. Great work. Friendly folks. Work done right the first time at reasonable prices. What more can you ask for?

This marks the third time that I have used RV Specialists to take care of issues on my fifth wheel. These guys are top tier professionals. Very communicative during the process of repairs and always fair and honest. Each time they have had it they have worked on ways to save on unnecessary and expensive work. RV Specialists are the premier RV repair company in the Austin metro. They do top notch service on every repair from minor things to big repairs like AC units, slides, awnings and more. They are very responsive and extremely professional.

RV Specialist is now my go to for any RV repairs beyond my capabilities. They come to you and work on your rig where it is parked in most instances making it much easier. They do warranty repairs and do insurance work too. They are very good at their job and very easy to work with, unlike dealing with someone like Campers World!

RV Specialists have some fantastic technical people who know their stuff and do high quality work. I had a lot of things done so they did not meet the 'finished by' time commitment but the work was great and communication was good. I have used them a couple of times and highly recommend them!

Highly recommend, they are very professional, great communications, very direct and fair with pricing. We had major work from the roof replaced on our 42ft 5th wheel to new black water tanks, floor replacement and water valve seals. They talked me the process, pricing, they used digital communications for written estimates as well as called or texted for follow and confirmation.

They did a great job on the list of maintenance items I had, and other than waiting for parts on order they get it done quickly, and when they said they would. I definitely recommend them!

This is the second time during our trip that we needed help. One a/c zone went out in our 2014 Dutch Star while we were in Kansas. We called 2 companies to get help, neither one of which bothered to return calls, despite promising to turn up. We know our next stop was North Texas and we knew RV Specialists would not only turn up, but would resolve the issue. 15 minutes after arriving in Sanger, Chad was there, as promised, and even replaced the capacitor on his day off. I only gave 5 stars, because 10 was not available. Great job guys, I will never hesitate to refer you.

We had an AC issue there was a misunderstanding, but we got it all taken care of The guys are great out here on time replacing with a new one couldn’t have been more happy Brandon is an excellent RV Specialist these guys go out of their way to make you satisfy

Doug was great. He did his troubleshooting fast and found the RV’s issue and repaired it fast. He’s a very knowledgeable Technician on RVs. 5-Star service from start to finish. I’ll definitely recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again.

No-one wants to need an RV repair shop, and from what I’ve read online, not many find a good one. We really did a number on the roof of our 5th wheel (who know cedar branches could be so unforgiving?!) and were desperate for a quick response before a significant rain forecast.

We couldn’t have been luckier when we found RV Specialists. Stephanie listened to our tale of woe and got us on the schedule, and Rick & Doug came out the next morning to assess the damage and perform makeshift repairs. They set up a full replacement appointment in less than two weeks (unheard of in the RV repair world) and Rick made sure he was around for us to drop it off on a Sunday evening. He also didn’t back the rig into the bay but talked my us through it, as we could clearly use the practice :p

We got the rig back the following Friday with a fully replaced roof, removed and repaired fiberglass end cap, beefed-up levelling legs, unclogged master bath sink, and repaired furnace (the latter unrelated to The Incident but still needed). The office worked quickly to get the insurance paperwork filed, and we were ready to head to our next RV site. A week later, the decals arrived and they had someone out to our side to buff remaining scrapes and scratches and to apply the new swoops.

Everyone we met at RV Specialists was down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and professional. I hope we never need them again, but we’re glad to know they’re around if we do.

I can’t say enough about this place. I highly recommend them! I just picked up my RV from them. This is my third time as their customer. They’ve come to me in the past but this time I brought my fifth wheel to them. I couldn’t be happier. Rick and his crew always do a good job. Great customer service. They took care of handling my insurance claim and to my surprise every time they get them to cover more than I had expected, which lowers my out of pocket. They work super fast too. RV Specialists are a small operation in dire need of hiring an additional tech or two. They have a warehouse that sits well off the road in a construction area with NO signage to indicate that this is their location. They also have mobile technicians but, when asking for them to come to us, that was an impossibility despite the fact that we booked nine days prior to the appointment and the scheduler had allotted two technicians for four hours to remove and replace a small slide out seal. 🤔

When asked to reschedule to a more agreeable arrival time, we had to wait another 9 days which would be 18 days total waiting time for service because we initially requested the appointment nine days ago. We booked an RV park for 25 days to allot for RV repairs and now had a very finite period of time left before we had to leave and the leaks were still unrepaired.

The technicians are excellent, especially Doug who resealed our fiberglass/gelcoat roof during a prior appointment. Unfortunately the absolute inflexibility of the scheduler, who never once asked what time is convenient to schedule the appointment, was a deal breaker. Whereas, I realize that they have a busy schedule, a plethora of much busier RV repair shops will work with you to ensure that you're happy with the scheduled date and time.

We moved on to Heads Up mobile service. David and Curt came to us two days after calling them, finished in 1 hour and did a superb job at a competitively priced rate. My advice: Avoid the anguish and call Heads Up for repairs; they're faster, friendlier and guaranteed to come to you. 👍👍

Toma was SO great! He was sent out to remove a faulty water heater and cap off the gas but instead he was able to fix the existing water heater! He got creative and with determination he was able to fix something that I had been told could not be fixed. What a relief! Very knowledgeable and super nice guy!!! Would 100% recommend!

RV Specialist showed up on time and did a great job. They replaced my Winegard Sat antenna, replaced a toilet seal and installed my Magnashade. Their pre and post service communication was especially impressive. They confirmed our appointment and called when they were 30 minutes out from arrival. While here they discussed and explained what they were doing. After service I got an update. I've used RV Specialist before and will do so again.

I highly recommend this business. I had an accident while pulling my 5th wheel. Damage was done to the side and roof. Rick from RV Specialists was out very quickly for the estimate. They worked with my insurance company and quickly made the repairs. Stephanie kept me informed on progress throughout. Tim did much of the repair work and came on site to finish afterwards. (a couple of minor parts issues that were delayed because of Covid)

They fixed everything correctly and I am most pleased! I actively recommend them and I will use them again.

We have used RV specialists ßeveral times over the last few years for AC issues, water pump replacement a d recently a water leak from a frozen water valve u Der the Airstream. All jobs were fixed the first time by their courteous and knowledgeable techs.

Chad set aside a day for my hydraulic jack to be ready and Toma was here and replaced the jack in what seemed record time!! RV specialists has worked on my 5th wheel a couple of times and always done a great job. They are the only business I trust to work on my “home”.

This place is the best. Very skilled and knowledgeable. They fixed my slide quickly and knew how to diagnose the problem and went above and beyond by repairing other issues with the slide, which would have broken as well, had they not caught them. They worked with the dealership to activate my warranty, so I had little out of pocket expense. Great customer service too!!

I had considerable damage to my travel trailer. They worked with my insurance company to find creative solutions to get my camper repaired without it being declared a total loss.
